the oven works great the racks are sub standard as soon as they are under heat for a while the metal softens and they bend in the middle allowing them to collapse inside spewing red hot liquid all over the place it has happened multiple times and i only had chicken parts in a pan imagine what a small turkey would do,i wasent burned so no harm done but someone is surely going to get scalded and take it to court the racks need to be thicker to avoid this problem where was quality control????
