I ordered medicine but the shipping took months so when it finally arrived to my country I got a letter in the mail alerting me I had to pay more customs to receive it... by a date that had already passed. I can't access my package and the company is not responding to my emails (Carrie Walker from customer service told me to wait when I first inquired since I was concerned about the long shipping delay) but now I get no response. I've tried calling the +[protected] number but no one picks up. I spent roughly 180€ on this and it has been three full months since my purchase. I just want a refund now.
