Order Was Cancelled Last Minute

This is unacceptable. FTD is cancelling my order at 7pm on the night before the delivery date. They have left me with no time to replace it. This is for a woman who has been confined to her room in a nursing home for the past two months and just found out last week that she has terminal cancer. Shame on them! We have not been able to see her due to the virus. I would have been happy to move the delivery to another date next week, had they just contacted me rather than canceled. On top of that, I took advantage of a deal that got me a decent discount, so they cancel that and offer me a third of that discount? No thanks. And to think, I placed THREE orders with their company this week. Never again. I will find another company who won't let their customers down. Trust me that I will definitely let as many people know about this as I can. This is disgusting. User's recommendation: I do not recommend.
