Order number

I was wondering what happened to my order, I was giving them the order number and they couldnt find it, so Im frustrated because I bought something from you but am I even gonna recieve it? If you dont see the order number in the system, how do you even know what I ordered, and if I did order it. If you can contact me on this issue I would appreciate it! Thank you, Lisa

》 Payment of my oder has been deducted from my account order no is 0200107**** and order no 0200107**** aftre 15 days not recieved yet

》 Disgusting not able to return my item unless they check first which they haven’t got back to me yet and gone past returns date

》 I’m trying to call and send it messages to cancel my order in get my money back and no answers.

》 The reason is because I don’t know where is my package and I try to find a number to talk to the customer nobody answer
