Order not sent-won’t answer phones or emails

I placed an order on 4/15/2021- it is now 5/6/2021- The status is still "Pending". I have called and written numerous times with no response whatsoever from this place. Do not waste your time with this company. They are absolutely unreliable. The price listed was lower than anywhere else, now I know why, because the don't send it. I should have ordered elsewhere so my dogs would have their treats by now. I am not an impatient person, so I waited and waited and gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, they don't respond at ALL. I have lost all patience with them.
