Never got to a customer service rep. I ordered 3 snow caps and I was suppose to get the 4th one free. I get a email saying that you dont have the 4th one and I will be refunded but that one did not cost me anything and I want my 4th snow cap free if it has to be a different hat User's recommendation: Don’t try calling.
