Order not dispatched, 5 weeks after ordering

There are 5 weeks since I made this order, and it has not even dispatched yet. When I check the status of the order (as I do every week) it is always listed as 1-2 weeks until dispatch. This is unacceptable, please tell me accurately when I can expect to get this delivered. The order number is: 201111****540230**** br, Gudmundur
