order not delivered shown as delivered on flipkart website

An order for Samsung microwave was placed on Flipkart with order no. OD205432012645584000. When I checked flipkart' website on 12.3.16 regarding status of delivery, It showed product has been delivered on 11.3.16, (a photo from Flipkart website attached herewith) which was not the case. I did not receive any order. When I called on customer care on 12.3.16 to raise this complaint, I was told that I will get reply by 2.30 pm on 12.3.16 and a reference no. IN1603122040029777962 Was given to me. I again called up Flipkart in the evening on 12.3.16 as nobody called me at the promised time. An official named Akash promised me that he will look into the issue personally and will reply by 2 pm on 13.3.16. The Flipkart team did not call me at the promised time again on 13.3.16. I again called Flipkart and spoke to Gaurav, who did not the status of the order and started making excuses and asking for more time for revert. When I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money, he denied to do that. He also denied me to transfer call to his senior official. It's been 36 hours and I still don't know the status of my order. I asked te Flipkart team for the proof of delivery as well but they denied to give that also.
