My order to Rita's florist was made 11th December 2020 and the number was 840308. The order was made to be delivered in Miami I ordered flowers I paid for them and the flowers were not delivered. Multiples calls to the phone number supplied by the website and no answer; requests online and no answer. I have a charge in my account
