Optical non functional

I purchased a twin star sound bar. We were really excited about it. The bluetooth works fine. But when we try hooking up an optical cable... nothing. No sound. And NO customer service to reach out to! Buyer beware! If you have an issue with the product, you are stuck with it! Update: After over a month of posting the review, no.word from the company.
