Only two tellers at work!

I was there on Saturday and there were only two tellers in the branch. Really? You have long lines even on work days when there are 5 or 6 tellers and you decided to save on wages and leave only one teller for a Saturday? The worst possible decision. I had to wait in line for more than 30 minutes just to receive my new card. Next time I will surely choose a work day when there are fewer clients and more tellers.
