One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I will take my business elsewhere! I placed an order for some BRP parts on a Sunday. A couple days later I checked the status and their site said it wasn't shipping until the end of the week. I sent them an email asking why it was going to take a week to ship out my order. Their response was rude and said "it's only been two days, so I don't know where you're getting "a week" from". I replied that their site said my order wasn't going to ship until the end of the week, 5 business days, ergo "a week". Their response was extremely childish and rude. Here's just a couple of clips: "Good for you... you win the argument. " After that one I explained that they wouldn't be my first stop for parts anymore due to the unprofessional, and their response was: "We'd appreciate if you order somewhere else in the future - that way we don't have to waste this much time on absolutely nothing. So we appreciate you are thinking of us."
