I drive 80 miles a day so I always listen Audible. I have told all my friends that I work with about Audible and like it too. I called today to change a book and was told I am on Alert and the abuse list because I trade in too many books. Who knew there was a limit, that management reserved the right to question trade ins? I understood that was apart of a great program to trade in and get another book as many times as you liked. That should have been explained that a red flag comes up if you do it too much. I pay my monthly payment on time and without fail. I have one credit left that I will use and cancel this program at the end of this month. Thank you.
