On 8/28/18 i signed up with safeguard alarm. the day after it was installed i was away from home and my son and my daughter received an alert callthat my main entrance had been breached

I called the number given with a case no. and said my alarm couldnt be going off as i had not set it. but drove 16 miles back home to check it. sure enough my entrance was still double locked. the person i spoke with said they would cancel the police. and a technician would be out to double check the installation in 5 days. the very next night my alarm blasted off at 2 am. i turned off the system and the noise stopped. another false alarm. i told the technician if this happened again i would have them come and pick up all the equipment and cancel my account
