Nothing happened. The call I made to get assistance was forwarded to local center. This defeats the purpose of the call which is corporate involvement. Local centers will not notify you of there own issues. If you don't plan on using checks and balances you may as well do away with corporate contact information. If corporate is not involved you cannot recognize repetitive issues and resolve them. I still waited over 30 min for reasons that have not been addressed. User's recommendation: Use a facility that is consistent or one that operates by appointment.
