I purchased a key for Office 2019 Pro. All went well through the sales process then, problems with the delivery process; I was directed to the 'Autokey' section of the web site, I received an activation key but, no sign of the CD Image to download. Several requests to their help desk resulted in a frustrating experience with some 4 hours between responses. After 16 hours after I paid for the product, Yes, I managed to get my product but, I would not recommend them.
