I transfer bill in my name cause room mate asked me. I learned she does not pay her bills as I have to fight her to pay her half and seeing her bulks before I loved So I had tge electric in my name for 3 months and going onto 4. So I think. I had been paying two months. Third month I was notified a refund. Refund me my two months I paid? Then I noticed I was not billed on the 3rd month. I was like free? Then I waited for the next recycle bill. Never got it. And I am like in fear that the money was transfer to my room mate who has a huge debt with them. But I called to transfer 4 months ago. I am not sure what happen. I guess I try call to do it again. Weird.
