It’s special!!! Why you say? Because it starts with (my daughter) someone who cares about the people and realizes that for some of them, this is the last bit of “family” they will know before passing on to the next life. It’s having a leader that realizes their staff and those they’re caring for are maybe spending Christmas without their families. It’s having a leader that realizes “less than satisfactory” care will never be good enough. It’s having a TEAM that works together for the good of those they’re serving. But most of all, It starts with love and ends with love. I am honored to say Norwalk’s Administrator is my daughter Kennedy Naquin. I know in my heart without ONE doubt that each and every resident is loved and cared for as if they were an immediate family member. One day if needed...
