nuisance calls from maybank

I have been receiving calls from Maybank marketing department repeatedly (almost once every week) for a person whom I have no idea! I am Lee Onn Wah, a chinese name obviously, who just returned to Malaysia last year and bought this new Hotlink number. I have been receiving frequent calls from Maybank looking for a person named "En.Hussien". It drives me mad when the customer service personnel told me they have no way to make any alteration. They have been calling me so often that I wanted to make a police report for this phishing activity. It is a weak system when they have no means to update the new owner of a phone number which is legitimately registered with the phone company. Aren't they not aware each number in Malaysia is registered to only one owner nowadays? Kindly channel me to the right mean to solve this issue.
