Nozzles are crooked

I’ve bought BIG refrigerator sized Deer Park for several years now...sooo convenient and tasty. The last 4-5 bottles have defective spouts however. Thought it was me opening incorrectly. Duh....only 3 steps. But I bought a brand new jug today and ONCE AGAIN followed opening instructions. To my dismay the spout is again crooked and now water leaks out of hole I pierced for airiation. NOT BUYING AGAIN.
