Nothing but headache

I've purchased a pair of shoes from ShoeBacca. I paid for my order and received a payment confirmation message and was promised a tracking number. Two days later they sent me a message stating that my order left the warehouse and was already on its way. One day later I contacted them and asked for a tracking number but they did not reply. Two weeks passed, there was no sign of my order and still no tracking number, so I contacted these guys again and asked them to cancel my order. Only then they finally replied and said that was not possible and asked me to be more patient. Still no information about tracking. It took them two months to deliver my order and no one ever bothered to explain why was it taking so long. I'm pretty satisfied with the shoes, but extremely disappointed with ShoeBacca service. I would not recommend ShoeBacca to anyone, too much headache.
