I had paid for it one year ago now they sent it to collections after a year and say that it was never paid for. Now I have people calling every day trying to say i didnt pay for it when its been almost 2 years and it was paid for with a credit card I cant get no answer when i call the jack rack number. I know im probably not the only one that they have screwed and the product doesn't even work like it says. I have actually hurt my back using this product im sure lawsuits are coming soon
