Not worth the hassle.

My landlord terminated my lease with four hours notice. Since the rental never happened, Turo does not allow us to write a review and inform others of the cancellation. To add to the fact that I now no longer have a car, Turo customer service simply says, "Go ahead and rebook." But I'm not sure the reservation will work and I have to spend another hour at the customer service desk trying to catch the flight. All this stress and hassle usually means that the company apologizes and offers something to make the customer happy. But not in this case: no discount, no credit, no apology, nothing. I've gone from recommending everyone I know to rent through Turo to recommending everyone NOT to rent through Turo. It's too risky and not worth the hassle.
