Not willing to call back on a warranty Computer in order for us to take care of our Customer

Sent a ECM back with their Call Tag, Kuddos for them sending us a call tag, but then they get the ECM and know don't respond to us by email or phone in order to take care of the warranty. Phone calls instantly go to message when they see our number come up on caller ID. Have to Purchase another ECM from someone else to take care of our customer and now my customer is out more money with no recourse. Straongly consider using sometone else.D User's recommendation: DON'T USE THEM.
