Booked a junior suite in Melia plaza Calvia,but their swimming pool and bars are closed,so I’ve was shown a room on the computer by Jose minus that looked like the first room that I paid for so I accepted this suite.when I arrived at Melia Calvia Beach I have Beene given a basic room and told I can have my money back if I am not happy. I am a very sick man I have cancer and this would leave me on the street, this is unacceptable Rafa Andres is very rude
