Not well informed or properly taken care of being owners.

Wasn't informed that I was going to have to pay a $130.00 pet deposit prior to arrival. Called the morning of 11-23-2020 about 8a.m. to get fresh towels,soap, and coffee and such. I still didn't have them this morning and had to call front desk again. They had an excuse but, nevertheless we shouldn't have had to wait 24 hours to get service. I feel we should at least be reimbursed for at least half of the pet deposit. I will never stay or recommend the palmera inn and suites. It sucks!! FYI I also upgraded my package on the 23rd as well. I would appreciate a phone call on this matter. 281-650-****. Thank you, Dolores Hughes User's recommendation: Don't stay there.
