Not so good anymore

Our company orders large orders of food from the Goldenwest Huntington Beach store and several times the orders are not right. Tonight I drove thru to get the Classic Tostada Salad and found 3 tiny pieces of chicken and no cheese. Really? What has happened? We used to love to go El Pollo Loco.
