Don't shop here they will send you the wrong item then ask you to pay again for the right item or wait weeks to return the wrong item before you will ever see the right item! I have spent 48 hrs trying to get them to fix this I ordered two backpacks for my grandaughters and the one they sent was clearly the wrong item and their mistake but now I have to jump through hoops for their mistake and I don't know if my poor granddaughter will ever see the right backpack now. They gave me two options I COULD PAY AGAIN for the right backpack or I could WAIT for who knows how long for a return label and the wrong one to return and process before they will ever send out the right item. School be in session before my grandaughter will ever see her backpack. I work in customer service if we sent out the wrong item there would be no questions asked the right item would have been sent out right away with an apology. Not this place it seems they think their mistake is my problem because it's their policy! They don't care about the customer and if *** you have a problem forget it you will be out your money and stuck with an item you never ordered in the first place.
