This was my first use of your product. I found it did not live up to expectations. The product did not cover all of my long hair so I was forced to use two boxes. Both boxes still did not provide proper coverage and I followed all the instructions that came with your product. Im very disappointed with this product nice n easy light blonde #9 permanent hair color. User's recommendation: Will need much more then one box to color shoulder length or longer hair.
