Not reliable delivery

No paper Wednesday or Thursday. Complained both days and got credit. No paper Sunday. Called and said would get it with the Monday paper. Got Monday paper and no Sunday paper. Notified customer service and would get delivery out. Suprise!! It didn’t come. Same story every time and no results. Guess they didn’t record any of calls for quality assurance.
