Customer service answered the phone timely and was polite but was told they hold my money along with the money the other Customer used to purchase my tickets. They charged a significant fee to me to resale them and still hold our money making interest we don't see User's recommendation: Don't expect to get paid for your resale. They hold your money plus the money the money of the 2nd buyer's.
