Not only bad product, but HORRIBLE Customer Service

Original review updated by user May 07, 2021 Model P1210 manufactured July 2019 has gone false alarm twice in the last 2 weeks, while there was no furnace or AC running, no cooking, no showers, no smells/odors. Tried to find an email address or 800 phone number to contact.....THERE IS NONE!!! Looked at multiple websites and Consumer Support sites, NONE AVAILABLE! This company is rated BAD. DO NOT BUY. They are hiding under a rock, making it difficult to contact them. User's recommendation: Pick another brand!
