If you suspect you have Squirrels or rodents in your attic, DO NOT call these people. They do NOT do wildlife. They will charge you $75.00 for an "inspection" and then tell you ( IF they find squirrel evidence in your attic) to call a wildlife company like Animal Movers or Critter Control. Save your money and call a company that actually deals with squirrels, skunks and raccoons to begin with. Put your $75 towards a legitimate wildlife company. Those wildlife companies DO deal with mice too if you have them. I know this info for a fact cause I worked there less than a year and it really bothered me that they werent honest with people on the phone when the person firat called. I suggested that they just be UP FRONT and HONEST with these people when they call and refer them to a wildlife company. I was reprimanded for it. All they wanted was $75 even though they KNEW there wasn't a thing they were going to do to actually help the customer; except take their money. Disgusting! Thats why I left there after being there less than a year. Terrible that they do these things to unsuspecting people. The other poster was right about the terrible way theybtreatvtheir employees too. They want you to work feom morning till night with NO breaks and the morale and attitudes of the other workers is bad and a lot if others up and quit. Too bad that the owners don"t know what is REALLY being said behind their backs by all the techs, and especially their route manager who was VERY controlling of the techs. Glad I am gone from that horrible place. I got tirsd if seeing unsuspecting peiple being cheated and suckered into contracts. They will also charge you $35 to pick up their mouse poison boxes if you cancel and they also want you to spray in the snow. And if you try to cancel without a 60 day notice they will try to force you to take service by telling you that you MUST take service and they WILL charge you the service fee of whatever you are paying them...Their rates are usually anywhere from $85 to $150. Do NOT sign a contract with these people! Better yet, call anyone but them.
