I'm not satisfied with the services of Snaptravel. In December I have reserved two rooms at one hotel through snaptravel. The first reservation was for my kids and the second for me. But our flight from the South Africa was canceled so we needed to cancel the reservations. I also needed snaptravel in this case as the hotel manager told me the reservation could be canceled for free only if the company contacts him directly. I returned the money for the first reservation but snaptravel doesn't help me cancel the second.
They were required to show them the information about the flight cancellation and I provided them a proof. They still didn't solve my problem although I've tried to contact them through email million times.
