Not happy with service and feeling RIPPED OFF!!!
I had a spinal stimulator planted February of 2018 it's barely over 1 year and my charger is dead and won't take a charge the belt started falling apart after about months and my last meeting with rep. Didn't go very good . I'm still not happy with settings and I told him my charger wasn't charging like it should 3 times during meeting . His response was that the new settings would use up the battery much faster . He never offered to help me with charger problems now it's out of warranty and when I spoke with B.S. They had no mercy on me telling me I would have to fork out $2800 AGAIN . I've had nothing but medical bills thezb past few years and this is outrageous ! This equipment won't even last 1 year with out the batteries going out especially with the technology we have today ! And the materials to used make the belt are inferior! Now I'm having to go to work and yes I'm still working with the pain I'm having to live with. So yes I'm UPSET with the way my problem is being handled !
