Not giving parcel

I have done payment through bluedart link it shows payment successful but they are not giving my shipment Payment id is:- HPbgkW2DEBVmcy 72495/- for 5 shipment AWB 595******** 595******** 595******** 595******** 595******** User's recommendation: I have done payment but i did not received parcel.
