Not getting response or emails regarding order

I placed an order and its been couple of days and still havent received the order confirmation and money is already taken from my account. I been emailing them so many times and no reply till now. Im so mad at color pop cosmetics. I need to know whats going on and worst part they dont have a phone number. User's recommendation: Go thru ulta or sephora.
