Not delivered, but billed. Lost money

Product not delivered. After 2 months, without answers, I found another email on the internet. I've contacted Mr. David. He answered me saying that will refund my money. Not yet refunded. See the answer of MR David : Not refunded yet. Hello Evandro, Please, Please stop emailing and worrying. The refund is waiting processing. Normally we refund on a Friday or Monday. There is no need to keep threatening as we have confirmed that your refund will be given in full. Please consider that we are a small family business and have paid out for the goods you have cancelled, including the strap that has become overdue. Unlike you we can not return these items for credit or cancel orders with suppliers so we are out of pocket twice. The refund amount is considerable and needs to accured in PayPal to make the full payment thus we advise a few days. Our PayPal balance is always very fluid as we use this to buy and sell.
