This makes the third time I have filled out this screen but nothing, nothing, nothing has been done about it. I went to 3 clerks in the Belks store and neither one knew how to use the scratch off discount. I think I deserve a $25 rewards certificate. User's recommendation: train your employees about how to use the information you put out.
