Not being able to purchase goods

Basically they could not find my account and could not complete my purchase.After trying 3 times and over 1 hour no transaction was made. None of this being the fault on my side.. Have not even received an apology. So very very unhappy about a place I frequented regularly, not any more User's recommendation: M & S is certainly not what they used to be.
