Not a customer & keep getting charged on my card

I have tried to unsubscribe &; Groovebook continues taking money from my account monthly. I have never once received a photo book. My account will not let me back into it to try to unsubscribe again. Don't know what the deal is but im sick of being charged for something i don't get.
