Hello, I have been a dedicated customer of Vente-privee for many years since 2012. Before all the issues were solved fast and effectively till the last two orders of mine. The side table was delivered damaged as probably it was packed up inappropriately. I must to admit that there are seriously problems packing up fragile items in this company as it wasn't the first time when I received damaged items. After receiving a faulty item I contacted the seller and asked for a return paperwork. After sending some couple of emails to customer service and haven't received any response I made a call to them and explained the issue. I was told that all the paperwork will be sent to me by post but after my conversation I received the email which described that this item is to heavy and would not be accepted by the local post office therefore the collection by a courier company Yodel would be arranged for me. I was also told that Yodel will contact me in regard of collection. The first collection took place on 12 October and I miss that due to the fact I work weekdays from 9am till 5pm and need to know in advance approximate time slot of this collection. After that I rearranged another collection after many unsuccessful emails which were not answered therefore I needed to make a call again in order to receive any clear answer to my issue. Another collection was rearranged on 19 October another weekday therefore it wasn't a surprise that I missed the collection again with no further option for me as I tried contacting Yodel but unfortunately the only option they provided was contacting the seller - Vente-privee in this case to rearranged another collection. After that I contacted vente-privee customer service again explaining the situation and providing the option to change the collection point to my workplace as was impossible for me to take the day off and loose money in order to wait for a Yodel for all day at home. It's almost 1 November now and I still haven't received any answer from vente-privee to neither of my emails as I wrote a second email to them in regard of my last Monday Moon order, which this company was not able to fulfill, and haven't received any answer to that issue as well. The thing is that I was provided with a 10£ birthday voucher on 7 September which I needed to spend within 30 days and a minimum spending was 40£. I decided to buy Schumacher top for my Christmas party it cost 36£. In order to use my voucher I needed to have 40£ in my basket therefore I added a scarf for 5£. After some time I received the scasf and was informed that outstanding part of my order will be delivered later as it's been delayed. After some couple of weeks I received the email that my order can't be fulfilled and I'll be refunded straight away. Not receiving my order was really disappointing as I was waiting for it a long time and also spent money on delivery which was 6.50£ therefore I asked to reimburse me a delivery charge as they weren't able to fulfill my order and again silence from the customer service in response. I feel deeply disappointed in their service and I don't feel like dedicated customers can be treated like that. It only shows how low this company value its customers and its incompetence level. I am quite patient person but this time I feel like this is boiling point and would like to be reimbursed with apologies.
