I don't understand how men with a 2 stroke motors walking through neighborhood shifting dirt, pesticides, dangerous particle matter up and around (giving cleaning crews more work) ... AND THE HOAS PAY! I have watched this insane landscaping method for to long. ARE LANDSCAPE CREWS REALLY FRONTS FOR SOMETHING ELSE. I don't understand the business model. I am renter, and i have no control of not paying for services. My nerves are shot, my schedule revolves around day laborers and 2 stroke motors!!! Living on a motorcross track would be more relaxing! I don't own home or have the means to move... so i try to understand and bring solutions. I now feel like I am dealing with a Hispanic Soprano solider. Is this is a front of something else?... IF SO, JUST KNOW: the time my peace or life is disrupted by useless DIRT BLOWERING... I USE THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME TO study money laundering, the names of companies on trucks... trace owners to corporations. SO GET BETTER PROPS FOR YOUR FAUX BUSINESSES.
