Non existent customer service,useless management

Polaris pkwy location,Columbus,Ohio,July 25th. After waiting for a long time,food came all at once, salads, soups and full racks of ribs for 3 people, no room to put it on, server said" What do you want me to do about it?" Ribs super dry,but swimming in the sauce. Manager ( blond young female,short hair cut did not care) Did not eat the ribs,and no more ribs were await able on a Thursday Rib night,at 7:30. Paid for food that we ate, way too much,and no birthday pizookie for me. The Jeremaya Red beer was great as always, everything else- total fiasco. Called the next morning, July 26th, young man said he will call me back,I actually asked for the general manager,he was not in. Very dissatisfied, will not come to this location again.
