Non-existent customer service/constant trashing of packages

They totally mistreated the packages. Impossible to reach a living person. Unreasonably overly complicated claims process. Their system is intentionally designed to waste time, totally discourage, or deny every claim submitted. They ask for useless information and pointless pics. User's recommendation: never ship anything UPS.
