I ordered products from Viswiss telephonically and paid for them with my Visa Card on 27 October 2010 . I paid for 1st class postage and to date have yet to receive my order . After numerous e mails and phonecalls ( to the call centre toll free line ) and many arguements with their staff, i have hit a " brick wall " !! No response or confirmation is received and you just cannot get an answer from anybody . I must now presume that ViSwiss is a fraudulent company and that i have been conned !! What can i do ? ( Do i threaten them with legal action ? ) . Any suggestions would be welcomed .
