Non delivery of product!

I have paid for a number of items ordered form this company already around October 2007. They have not delivered on one large roller shutter which is part of the order. They are now not answering their telephone or responding to faxes or sums queries, and give no reason for the non-delivery or else vague excuses going on for months now.
