Our town enforced a mask mandate ordinance effective today. It states "the owner or operator of each premise open to the public must make reasonable efforts to ensure that all patrons, employees, and other persons within the indoor public place are complying with the requirements of this ordinance". I was just in the Yankton, SD Dunham's and the employees had their masks under their noses and almost every customer in my sight had NO mask on. We have a crisis going on here and are asking for everyone's help to try to slow this down. I find this very disrespectful to myself and everyone else that is trying hard to put an end to this virus. User's recommendation: I would recommend NOT shopping this store until management and staff take this seriuosly!
