The customer service in brantford from Kevin is the worst customer service I have ever encounter. Rude, obnoxious and not helpful in any way. I had no choice but to deal with cause my condo came with appliance and he was the one we had to deal with. I spent over 5 thousand in upgrades and never been more disappointed in my life. He promised to send a technician out to my place in June and I’m still waiting. He is so abrupt and needs to learn how to speak to people. I don’t know how a company can keep someone like him a their company. I will never deal with ta again and make sure no one else I know shops there as well
