No support for customers

I purchased the Sagelight photo editing software in April 2012 and was given a registration code. My computer died and I needed the code to download and use the software on my new computer. I requested the code once in November 2012, then forgot about it because of the holidays. I never received a reply or the code. I requested the code three times in January 2013 and received no reply. I posted a request on the Sagelight Forums and was told that Rob is not responding to anyone's requests for codes because Rob is such a busy, busy, busy man upgrading the software. I do not believe that I will ever get a response or the code.
